In the many years i have worked with this organisation. They have moved from relaying on the agency to do their publications from start to finish. They now have an in-house person skilled enough to handle the work. However, nothing in the history of mankind has been invented yet, that can replace experience. They always find themselves requesting assistance when they get stuck.
In the last project we worked on with the organisation, timelines where not met because the document was set up in a very manual way. Yet the software being used has the capacity to automate a lot of functionality. These errors had to be fixed before going ahead and dealing with the challenges they were facing.
in the next project, which is the one being showcased here. i had to be involved from the beginning. Create a template that their in-house team would then adopt adding content before handing over the files back for final touch up. I enjoy such roles because they help me exercise my leadership and project management skills and improve on dealing and handling of clients.
