After finishing college, the environment i was in had no formal opportunities for me. I had no other option than to use the skills I had accumulated to offer services to small businesses around me. This exercise kept me in practice and exposed me to the business side of my trade. An experience most of my contemporaries no nothing about.
Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies – a course of study offered by HarvardX, an online learning initiative of Harvard University.
After realising that, the creative industry is ever-changing. and the fact that no college certificate will ever guarantee me a spot in any team. I made a conscious decision to hungrily learn all that I can on the internet in oder to always stay relevant.
A culture I have maintained to date. I have taken advantage of every course I can get my hands on. Always on the look for new updates and innovations in the tools I use.
My experience since enrolling at this amazing institute for beginner to advanced learning has proven to me that anything I put my mindset on, I can do at the highest possible stage, ceteris paribus.
I don’t regret my time here but it can only take credit for introducing me to the industry. Successfully completed and B.Tech. Hon. in Creative Art and Design only because I wouldn’t have lived with myself if I had dropped out of college, again.
A life-changing experience that played a huge role in the person I have chosen to be. That’s where I rekindle my childhood passion for being creative; visual and performing arts. From being part of a jazz band to winning awards being the best stageplay director and numerous visual arts competitions.
